Who we are
Property is a knowledge business. Most of Bangalore never gets taught it.
Friendly Realtors and Property Management has worked one city, exclusively, since 2003: buying, renting, selling and managing. Clients come back for more than one of those, often because the person who found their flat is still reachable years later.
There's no course in this country that teaches you to read a title, judge a builder's track record, or price a 3BHK in Whitefield against one in Hebbal. That only comes from doing it, for years, in a market that shifts every few months.
We'd rather tell a client not to buy something than sell it to them and lose the relationship.
How we price our advice
Most of what we do is close a gap: between an owner and a property they can't stand in front of, and between a buyer and a document nobody has explained to them.

What's wrong with a place, disclosed before you see it, not discovered after you've already committed.
Work out the true cost up front
Registration, stamp duty, legal fees and brokerage, worked out for your specific property before you sign anything.

RERA Karnataka, NAR-India and BNI registered. Accountability, not just a claim of reputation.
Stay on after the deal closes
We manage 160+ properties for owners who ask us to. The relationship doesn't end at the cheque.
